We are Commited to Sustainable Water Solutions

In 1978 Steve Thayer began drilling wells in Southern Utah, after moving from California. Now almost 50 years later, Steve is passing on the torch to Jay and Chad Barth.


In 2024 Jay Barth began drilling with Steve in Iron County, followed soon after by Chad Barth. Since working with Steve, Jay and Chad have completed close to 40 wells in the Southern Utah area.


Specializing in 8" domestic water wells drilled with time tested and proven percussion cable tool drilling, Thayer-Barth Well Drilling is excited to be serving the Southern Utah Area!
